• We offer 1 or 2 day delivery (Rural delivery times may vary).
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

1.3. International Shipping

• We ship to New Zealand Only.
• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

1.4. Order Tracking

• A tracking number will be provided once the order ships.

1.5. Lost or Damaged Packages

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered.
• If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days with photos of the damage.
