• You are responsible for ensuring that purchasing, possessing, and carrying a knife complies with your local laws.

• Our knives are intended for legal and responsible use only. Blades.co.nz is not liable for any misuse, injuries, or legal consequences resulting from the use of our products.

1.3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in NZD and are subject to change without notice.
• We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, and Mastercard.
• Orders may be subject to fraud checks. We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraud is suspected.

1.4. Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be canceled before they have been shipped. Contact us immediately at sales@blades.co.nz for cancellations.

1.5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages caused by the use or misuse of our products.
• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.

2. Warranty Policy

2.1. Warranty Coverage

• We offer a 5-year on manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance.

2.2. Filing a Warranty Claim

1. Contact us at sales@blades.co.nz with photos of the issue.
2. If approved, we will offer a replacement or repair.
3. Customer covers shipping costs unless the defect is confirmed.

 

3. Age Verification & Knife Compliance Policy

3.1. Age Restrictions

• You must be 18 to purchase knives from our store.
• By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement.

3.2. Compliance with Local Laws

• It is the customer’s responsibility to know and follow the laws regarding knife ownership in their location.
• We will not be held liable for any legal issues arising from possession or misuse of our products.

3.3. Restricted Locations

• We do not ship knives to locations where they are restricted or prohibited by law.
• If you place an order from a restricted location, it will be canceled and refunded.
