1.1. Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

1.2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized knives.
• Used or damaged products (unless defective on arrival).
• Clearance or final sale items.

1.3. Process for Returns

1. Contact us at sales@blades.co.nz with your order number and reason for return.
2. We will provide return instructions.
3. Once received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

1.4. Refunds

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
